Travelbay is one of the most impactful projects I’ve worked on, As the Product Designer, I led end-to-end design across the platform, including the website, B2C dashboard, and the current B2B dashboard for travel partners. I shaped key features, including onboarding, personalised trip planning, and checkout. I guided core design decisions that improved conversion by 40%, reduced bounce rates by 60%, and supported expansion into a new market. These efforts helped scale Travelbay’s impact, driving user activation and contributing to a 200% revenue increase after MVP launch.
